CALL:
As a New Client Coordinator your primary role is to deliver a great experience to potential clients by helping them get set up for any services or resources we offer that would be the greatest help.
Clients call in experiencing even overwhelming feelings of shame, uncertainty, hopelessness, and stress. Your charge is to reassure them they are calling into the right place and get them scheduled and arrive for their first appointment, whichever location in which that may be.
As the Customer Experience Manager (CXM), you have two critical roles:
1) Provide excellent supportive business management services to our Addo Network therapist partners.
2) Provide daily customer support and ensure a smooth, trust-inspiring, and enjoyable customer experience for clients.
We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Videographer to join our team and help us share our message and tell stories of hope, healing and safety with the world!
