Restore Self-Worth, Hope And Connection.

The discovery of infidelity by a trusted partner can be devastating. “Normal” life might feel impossible to return to, but affair recovery in Logan is within your grasp. The combination of specialized therapy, a strong support system, and a willingness to have difficult conversations can help you reclaim your happiness and your life.

Betrayal Trauma creates feelings of hopelessness, danger, anxiety. This impacts your ability to express yourself, making it difficult to regulate our emotions. As a result, problem solving abilities are impaired, causing you to lose your ability to connect with others. This perpetuates a cycle of loneliness and fear.

The emotional response to betrayal trauma can be so strong that it is often compared to PTSD. This Post-Infidelity Stress Disorder can make it difficult to enjoy the people, places, and activities you once loved. Those struggling with betrayal trauma may be haunted by nightmares and flashbacks, as they reanalyze past moments with their partner. Affair recovery in Logan can help you to move past the trauma and embrace life again.

The Addo Recovery Process.

The path toward healing from trauma starts with a consultation with one of our specialized therapists. This helps us to understand the depth of your trauma, which makes us better equipped to pair you with a therapist and begin to recommend a treatment plan.

We believe that therapy is most successful when the client tries a number of therapeutic methods simultaneously. We often combine individual therapy, couples therapy, group therapy, yoga, EDMR, or mindfulness for affair recovery in Logan. If these methods aren’t working for you, and you don’t feel you’re progressing, please let us know. We’ll take the time to reflect and reevaluate your treatment plan and assigned therapist, then make necessary changes.

Couples therapy is recommended if you’re interested in recovering your relationship from betrayal. Our therapists are specialized in helping individuals and couples work through sex addiction, infidelity, and other marital issues. While no two relationships are alike, we’re proud that 86% of couples that talk openly, honestly and work together, stay together.
