As Operations Director, Shana manages the interaction between Addo and the customer over the duration of our relationship. This interaction includes a customer's attraction, awareness, discovery, cultivation, advocacy and use of our services.
Shana comes to Addo with an extensive background in customer relations. Her experience spans from residential treatment to most recently as the Head Concierge of Sundance Resort.
