Alana Gordon

Customer Experience Manager

Alana comes to Addo Recovery with a decade of customer service experience with companies such as Marriott and Overstock.com. Her goal is to make every aspect of your time with Addo as smooth as possible. Having faced addiction within her own family, she understands the trust you’ve put in us, and takes that responsibility seriously. She brings compassion, confidentiality, and organization. Currently, she is studying marriage and family through Brigham Young University Idaho and plans to be a marriage and family therapist in the future. 

Outside of work she continues her passion in helping others by running a 12-step group meeting, sponsoring, and life coaching.

Her interests away from work include traveling, hiking, boating, going on dates with her husband and swimming with her five kids.
